Are you looking to get rid of some gently used Hornet Gear? Or other gently used clothing? If so, check this out!
The Class of 2025 is hosting a Garage Sale at Wautoma High School March 29-30 from 10 AM to 3 PM. We are looking for gently used clothing to be donated for sale. If you prefer, any items of yours that don't sell can be given back to you. Otherwise, we will be donating them to our local thrift store!
Donations can be dropped off to the front office at the high school, or given to a junior to be brought in.

National School Breakfast Week (NSBW) celebrates the importance of a nutritious school breakfast in fueling students for success. This special observance in March celebrates the national School Breakfast Program and the many ways it gives kids a great start every day!
The Wautoma Area School District offers all students a healthy, balanced breakfast for free, regardless of income, that the students need to get set for a busy day!
Watch for some new breakfast items this week as we celebrate National Breakfast Week, March 11-15. We will be testing new menu items to see if the students like it enough to add it onto the breakfast menu!

Eight Wautoma High School students were inducted into the Sociedad Honoraria Hispánica Avispones (Hornets) Chapter, sponsored by the American Association of Teacher of Spanish and Portuguese, during a ceremony in the high school library on Feb. 28. The new inductees recognized by the for their achievements included: Erin Blader, Chris Calderon, Addison DeMars, Olivia Eckert Cieslik, Giselle Gomez, Kendall Gustke, Larissa Piechowski and Arianna Rangel Rivera. In their closing remarks, WHS Spanish Teachers Belinda Peterman and Beth Lindenmeyer expressed their gratitude to District Administrator Jewel Mucklin, WHS Principal Jennifer Johnson, WHS Assistant Principal Jared Esala and the School Board for their continued support of the Spanish program and the students.
Eighteen Wautoma High School Band and Choir students advanced to the Wisconsin School Music Association State Solo & Ensemble Festival following their performances at the District Festival on Feb. 24 at Mauston High School. Of those who participated, six instrumental and 16 choral events qualified for the WSMA State Solo & Ensemble Competition to be held on Saturday, April 27, at the University of Wisconsin-Oshkosh.

The McComb- Bruchs PAC's final movie night for this school year is on Friday 3/15 (after the middle school dance) at 7:00PM. We will be showing Elemental. PAC doors open at 6:30PM and we will have $1 popcorn and water and $3 cash admission.
If your middle school student is going to the Parkside dance, they can buy their movie tickets at the entrance to the dance, and we will all walk over as a group at 6:30PM. Parents can pick up their student at the high school after the movie is over. Run time is 1 hr 42 minutes.
Today we enjoyed our Wisconsin Chili Lunch made with local ingredients. The ground beef was fresh from Bozick Farms located in Montello, WI. The produce from Hundred Acre Farms and the apples were from Richland Hills Farms both located in Wisconsin!

Earlier today, the Wautoma High School Boys and Girls Basketball Teams were recognized for their outstanding season so far. The Girls received the #2 Seed and will be playing at home tomorrow night, while the boys will be competing for their first conference championship later tonight!
