With Governor Evers' Order of School Closure from 5 PM March 18th up to at least April 6th, the Wautoma Area School District will take Saturday and Sunday to receive greater detail from this order and to determine a course of action to provide students a semblance of an education during this school closure. I will communicate more detailed information and a school schedule for next week through a similar message and a District Facebook post on Sunday evening.

Over 40 Wautoma High School Band and Choir students advanced to the Wisconsin School Music Association State Solo & Ensemble Festival following their performances at the District Festival on Feb. 29 at Mauston High School. Of those who participated, nine instrumental and 12 choral events qualified for the WSMA State Solo & Ensemble Competition to be held on Saturday, April 25, at the University of Wisconsin-Oshkosh. Congratulations!
Riverview A+ students finished training at the high school gym tonight in preparation for the A+ warrior competition in April. Training included the rock wall, cargo net, centipede climb and the firecracker ladder!

Redgranite A+ After School Students have been training for the A+ Warrior competition (to be held in April) by practicing on the traverse wall. Students were trained in spotting techniques to help keep each other safe while practicing on the traverse wall.
Parkside A+ After School students in "Let's Imagine" club wrote original stories, then read them to students at the Riverview A+ Program.
Parkside Families are invited to attend the Parkside Family Night on Monday March 23rd, 2020 from 5:30-7:00 PM. There will be giveaways, refreshments, and family friendly activities. It is comic book/ graphic novel themed. Come dressed as your favorite comic book or graphic novel character!

Due to ACT Testing tomorrow (Tuesday, March 3), ONLY Juniors should report to Wautoma High School. All seniors, sophomores and freshmen should not attend school.
Mr. Mark led Basketball Club with the 3rd - 5th Graders at the Redgranite A+ After School Program!
Mary Ann Shilling from Extension Waushara County - UW-Madison provided a financial literacy program called Dollars During Development for the Kindergarten and 1st Graders at Redgranite A+ After School Program!
January 20th the A+ After School Program offered a FREE field trip day for A+ Students that included Ice Skating at the Waupaca Expo Center.
