Over the next few days all Wautoma Area School District residents will receive a Community Survey in their mailboxes. This survey is looking to gather input regarding District facility needs.
WASD hired School Perceptions, an independent educational research firm, to conduct the survey in order to ensure all responses are kept confidential. The District and Board of Education is asking all district residents as well as staff to respond the survey.
To ensure data integrity, each survey invitation/link code can only be used once. The survey access number given to you in the mail will not identify you; it simply links to the District survey. School Perceptions’ privacy policy guarantees your information will not be used/shared for any purpose other than the contracted survey.
If you do not receive a survey in the mail or you have a differencing of opinion than another voter in your household, please contact WASD at 920-787-7112 for an access code.
