IMMUNIZATIONS

Wisconsin law requires all public and private school students to present written evidence of immunization against certain diseases within 30 days of admission. These requirements can be waived only if a properly signed health, religious or personal conviction waiver is filed with the school.

Immunization Requirement Change for 2024-2025 School Year

Menningococcal (MenACWY-containing) vaccine for students entering 7th grade, and a booster dose for eligible students entering 12th grade have been added to Wisconsin Immunization Requirements for the 2024-2025 school year.  Additional information can be found at Wisconsin DHS website.
